The total cost of services, estimated at $50,000, under this
Annex will he contributed by CCNAA or its designated repres-
entatives, WRPC and/or NSC.

3.Responsibilities of CCNAA
CCNAA shall forward funds to AIT to spend in preparation for
the 1993 Bilateral Interim Sedimentation Model Project meeting
. The payments shall be transmitted as early as possible in t-
he 1994 fiscal year of the authorities represented by CCNAA.
3.Paragraph 4 of the Annex shall be amended to add the following

4.Responsibilities of AIT
AIT shall, through its designated representative, FERC, org-
anize the 1993 Interim Project Meeting, coordinate particip-
ants' travel and lodging arrangements, and pay for any expe-
nses with the funds provided by CCNAA.
AIT shall, through its designated representative, FERC, bud-
get the Interim Project Meeting based on funding available
from CCNAA.
AIT shall provide access to accounts and records regarding
and expenses incurred, upon request by CCNAA or CCNAA's des-
ignated representatives.
4.This amendment will become effective upon the date of the last
signature hereafter of the representatives of CCNAA and AIT.
