By mutual agreement of the undersigned parties, the Agreement e-
ntered into July 31, 1979, by and between Coordination council
for North American Affairs and the American Institute in Taiwan,
on cooperation in support and operation of the American Trade C-
enter, Taipei, is hereby extended for a further period of three
years beginning August l, 1982 and ending July 31, 1985 under t-
he same terms and conditions.
All other terms and conditions of the said Agreement shall be a-
nd remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto subscribed
