Note No. 04/2009

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of
Swaziland presents its compliments to the Embassy of the
Republic of China (Taiwan) in Mbabane and has the honour to
refer to the latter’s note verbale referenced CE 98/010 and
dated April 6, 2009 concerning confirmation of the renewal of
the Handicraft Technical Cooperation Agreement between the
Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Government of the
Republic of China (Taiwan).

The Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland confirms the renewal
of the Handicraft Technical Cooperation Agreement with the
Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) for a further three
(3) year period until June 30, 2012 in accordance with the
relevant provision of the agreement as well as revision of the
Ministry of Enterprise and Employment to the Ministry of
Commerce, Industry and Trade as provided for in Article III of
the Agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of
Swaziland takes this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the
Republic of China (Taiwan) the assurances of its highest
consideration.
