Title: Fee-Charging Standards for the Review of Drug Advertisements CH

Article 1
These Standards are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 and Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
These Standards are applicable to drug advertisements that apply for review in accordance with the regulations of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
Article 3
The standards for charging fees to review drug advertisements are as follows:
I. The review fee charged for new applications of advertisement shall be NT$6,000 per application.
II. The review fee charged for applications of extension shall be NT$2,200 per application.
III. For reissuing approved forms that have been lost, NT$1,700 shall be charged per application.
IV. The review fee charged for letter of inquiry about drug advertisement regulations shall be NT$2,800 per application.
V. The review fee charged for letter of inquiry about health and disease education advertisement shall be NT$6,000 per application.
Article 4
These Standards shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
