In the event a violator of Article 54 handled in accordance with Article 55, who is ordered by the competent authority to improve the condition within a specific time period, but fails to make improvement, a penalty between NT$100,000 and NT$500,000 shall be imposed for each violation.

In the event an operator of social housing violates Paragraph 1 of Article 32 by not making proper arrangements in coordination with the industrial competent authority of the municipality or county (city), and fails to improve the condition within the specified time period set forth by the municipal or county (city) competent authority, the municipal or county (city) competent authority shall impose a penalty between NT$60,000 and NT$300,000 on the operator.
