Chapter VI Supervision over Trusts
Article 60
All trusts other than business trusts and charitable trusts shall be executed under the supervision of the court.
Upon application of the interested party or the prosecutor, the court may inspect the trust affairs administered as well as appoint and order an inspector to take any necessary official actions.
Article 61
A trustee guilty of disobeying a court order or obstructing the court inspection shall be imposed a fine ranging from NT$ 10,000 to NT$ 100,000.
