These Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation. However, the first half part of Paragraph 4 of Article 11-1 amended and promulgated on May 22,2023 shall come into effect 1 month after its promulgation.
The amendments to these Regulations promulgated on April 13,2021 shall come into effect from July 1,2021.
