The central competent authority may commission relevant agencies or organizations to perform guidance, review, evaluation and inspection matters for the testing and analysis organizations.

Obsolete

For those relevant documents designated in these Regulations which are in a foreign language, a translated Chinese version verified by an overseas unit or an authorized organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be attached. However, if the supporting document is in English, a translated Chinese version is not required.

Obsolete

The amended articles of these Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of the Paragraph 9, Subparagraph 1 of Article 10 and Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 1 of Article 24 as amended on 27 January 2021, which shall enter into force from 1 April 2021.
