After securities have been offered and issued, the foreign issuer shall make public announcements and file the reports with the FSC in accordance with the regulations of the FSC.
The particulars to be publicly announced and reported pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be separately prescribed by the FSC.

These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, except for Article 17, paragraph 2, subparagraph 3, item 3 and Article 61, paragraph 2, subparagraph 3, item 3 amended and issued on 14 August 2012, which shall enter into force from the 2013 fiscal year; and the articles amended and issued on 29 December 2023, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2024.
