Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1
These Criteria are prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 45 and Article 55 of the Futures Trading Law (the "Law").
Article 2
The organization of a futures clearing house shall be incorporated as a company limited by shares except one which is operated concurrently by the Futures Exchange or other institutions.
