On behalf of their respective government, the undersigned hereby
agree
as follows:
1. The agreement of Technical Cooperation between the Government
of the Republic of China and the Republic of Palau (“
Technical Cooperation Agreement ” ), entered into force on
December 6, 1984, and this Technical Cooperation Agreement
later was extended to be effective until December 5, 2012.
2. The parties agree to further extend the validity of the
Technical Cooperation Agreement indefinitely, unless it is
terminated upon ninety (90) days ’ prior written notice by
either party to the other, or modified in writing, signed by
both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, being duly authorized, have
signed this Extension of Agreement on dates so indicated.
