Note No. 21/2005

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of
Swaziland presents its compliments to the Embassy of the
Republic of China (Taiwan) and has the honour to refer to
latter's Note No. CE94/085 dated October 27, 2005 and advise
that the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives re-confirms
its support for the renewal of the Technical Co-operation
Agreement between the two countries for another (3) years.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of
Swaziland avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the
Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) the assurances of its
highest consideration.

The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the Kingdom of
Swaziland presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of Swaziland and has the honor
to refer to the esteemed Ministry's Note No. 18/2005 dated
September 20, 2005 regarding the recommendation that the
Agreement of Agricultural Technical Cooperation between the
government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the government
of the Kingdom of Swaziland, which is going to expire on January
10,2006, be renewed as proposed.

The Embassy, upon instructions, has further the honor to inform
that the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) concurs in
renewing the said Agreement with the government of the Kingdom
of Swaziland for a further three (3) years period until January
10,2009, and to kindly request that the esteemed Ministry
reconfirm the said renewal for completing the necessary renewal
process.

The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the Kingdom of
Swaziland avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Kingdom of
Swaziland the assurances of its highest consideration.
