I have the honour to refer to the Agreement on Agricultural Tec-
hnical Cooperation between the Rose Belie Sugar Estate Board of
Mauritius and the Trade Mission of the Republic of China to Mau-
ritius signed on 9th November 1989 and extended on 9th May 1992,
and wish to propose that the said agreement be extended for a f-
urther period of two years with retrospective effect from 9th N-
ovember 1993.
If the foregoing proposal is agreeable to the Trade Mission of
the Republic of China to Mauritius, this Note and your Note in
reply shall constitute an annex to the above-mentioned Agreement
.

pril 1994 which reads as follows:
"I have the honour to refer to the Agreement on Agricultural Te-

Mauritius and the Trade Mission of the Republic of Chinato Maur-

reference is agreeable to the Trade Mission of the Republic of

titute an annex to the Agreement on Agricultural Technical Coop-
eration between the Trade Mission of the Republic of China to M-
auritius and the Rose Belie Sugar Estate Board of Mauritius.
