I. GENERAL
Under the provisions set forth by Article V of Memorandum of
Agreement, NAT-I-845, NAT-I-845-8 is hereby amended to revise
the terms of the agreement as follows:

II. CHANGES
A. Strike all references to "Technical Implementing Arrangement
Number 1" and replace with "Amended Technical Implementing
Arrangement Number 1."

III. AUTHORITY
AIT and TECRO agree to the provisions of the Amendment as
indicated by the signature of their duly authorized
representatives.
