Your Excellency,
HANDICRAFT TECHNICAL GO-OPERATION AGREEMENT
I have the honour to refer to the Agreement on Handicraft Techn-
ical Go-operation between the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Repu-
blic of China signed on 7th April 1989, valid for a period of 2
years, commenced from 1st July 1988 and expired on 30th June 199
0.
I have the honour to propose that:
(a) The aforesaid Agreement be renewed with retrospective eff-
ect for a period of one year as from Ist July 1990 to 30th
June 1991.
(b) All the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Agreement re-
main the same, with the deletion of Article Ⅱ(c).
On behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland, I have
the honour to state that this note and Your Excellency's reply
confirming the above-mentioned understanding shall constitute an
Agreement extending the validity of the 1988 Agreement on the H-
andicraft Technical Go-operation between the Kingdom of Swazila-
nd and the Republic of China.
Accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest considera-
tion.

Your Excellency,
I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's n-
ote no. C.121/4 of today's date which reads as follows:
"I have the honour to refer to the Agreement on Handicraft Tech-
nical Co-operation between the Kingdom of Swaziland and the Rep-
ublic of China signed on 7th April 1989, valid for a period of 2
years, commenced from 1st July 1988 and expired on 30th June 199

I have the honour to propose that:

On behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland, I have
the honour to state that this note and Your Excellency's reply

craft Technical Go-operation between the Kingdom of Swaziland a-
nd the Republic of China.
Accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest considera-
tion."
In reply, I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Govern-
ment of the Republic of China, our acceptance of Your Excellenc-
y's proposal and that Your Excellency's note and this reply sha-
ll constitute an Agreement between our two countries.
Accept, Your Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest c-
onsideration.
