Amended the title (original title: Fee Standards for Biological Products, Centers for Disease Control, Department of Health, the Executive Yuan) and Articles 2 and 5 and the Attachment to Article 4 and announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on December 31, 2013 under Bu-Shou-Chi Order No. 1020103933; with the exception of the Attachment to Articles 4, which shall enter into force on January 1, 2014, the Fee Standards shall enter into force beginning the date of promulgation.
