法規名稱: ANNEX No 6 to the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 13th ,2000.

沿革:
1.Signed on December 5, 2005;

 
Based on the Memorandum of Understanding singed on December
13th, 2000 between the National Committee for Population and
Family Planning, now known as the Vietnam Commission for
Population, Family and Children of Vietnam (hereafter referred
to as "VCPFC")and the Department of Health of Taiwan (hereafter
referred to as "DOH") on the bilateral cooperation in the field
of population, family and children, both Parties have agreed on
the following programmes for the 2006.
1.The DOH of Taiwan will accept 03 groups of personnel selected
by VCPFC for observation-study tour and training in Taiwan,
including traveling and working:
1.1.One group of 10 persons for a twelve-day observation-study
tour, training and experience exchange on management
population, family and children, especially on services for
children, particularly children in special circumstances (in
the 1st quarter of 2006)
1.2.One group of 10 persons for a twelve-day observation-study,
training and experience exchange on population quality:
newborn screening, early intervention to prevent genetic
defects for children, care and rehabilitation for disabled
children, role of family and society in health care for
mothers, children and the elderly (in the 2nd quarter of
2006).
1.3.One group of 10 persons for a twelve-day observation-study
tour, training and experience exchange in policy making,
implementation of support policies to family and community
development in transition (in the 4th quarter of 2006).

2.VCPFC will arrange for two missions from Taiwan DOH to visit
Vietnam for technical assistance, specifically:
2.1.One group of 4 -5 persons to visit Vietnam for 07 days on
the 3rd quarter of 2006.
1.Organise a training workshop on "Needs assesement of
prenatal screening for families at risk of genetic
disorders" and develop relevant pilot models.
2.Field visit for study and recommendations on child care
and protection services, particularly for children in
special circumstances.
2.2.One group of 6 persons for 07 days to review the cooperation
programme, including local field trips for need assesement
for the next year (in the 4th quarter of 2006)

3.Both parties agreed to exchange printed documents, research
findings and other materials relating to population and
development, family planning and child care.

Other terms and conditions, which are not specified in this
Annex, shall be referred to the Memorandum of Understanding
dated December 13th, 2000.

Both parties in writing and form and integral part of this Annex
shall agree upon any supplementation and modification.

This Annex is an integral part of the Memorandum of
Understanding dated December 13th, 2000.

Done in Hanoi on 05 December, 2005 in English language, in four
copies, each party retains two copies.
