The Joint Committee of the Economic Cooperation Agreement
between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of
Paraguay (“ the Agreement ” ), pursuant to its powers and
according to what is established in Article 6, Article 23 of the
Agreement and Decision No.1,

DECIDES:

To modify Annex 1 of the Schedule of the Republic of Paraguay
for the Republic of China (Taiwan) of the Agreement, adding the
following table of 13 products including woven, knitted or
crocheted fabrics and carry bags from the Republic of China
(Taiwan) that will enter the Republic of Paraguay to have
customs tariffs reduced specific to products with the following
tariff lines:

Done in duplicates in the Chinese, Spanish, and English
languages, all versions are equally authentic. In the event of
any discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the
English version will be used as reference.

The present decision will enter into force thirty (30) days
after notifications between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and
the Republic of Paraguay stating that they have completed the
necessary legal internal procedures.
