The Administrative Commission of the Free Trade Agreement
between the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Republic of El
Salvador and the Republic of Honduras ("the Agreement"),pursuant
to its powers and according to what is established in Article
14.01 (2) (c) and (3) (e) of the Agreement,

DECIDES:

To modify Annex 3.04 (2) (b) (c) "Tariff Reduction Schedule" in
respect to the Tariff Treatment of the Republic of China
(Taiwan) to increase the total tariff-free annual quota to
70,000 metric tons of raw and refined sugar originating from the
Republic of Honduras, inclusive of an upper limit of 55,000
metric tons of raw sugar, and 15,000 metric tons of refined
sugar to be exported from the Republic of Honduras to the
Republic of China (Taiwan). The Republic of Honduras will handle
the quota allotment for the raw and refined sugar which will be
granted entry into the Republic of China (Taiwan) free of
customs duties upon receipt by Customs of the Republic of China
(Taiwan) of a Certificate of Origin and a Certificate of Quota
issued by the competent government body of the Republic of
Honduras.

Done in duplicate in the Chinese, Spanish and English languages,
all texts being equally authentic. In the case of any
discrepancy in the interpretation of this Decision, the English
text shall prevail.

This Decision shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the
Republic of China (Taiwan) and the Republic of Honduras exchange
notifications indicating that they have completed the necessary
internal legal procedures.
