Article 1
These standards are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
Fees shall be charged for eco-product certificate applications as follows:
1. New application, extension and reissuance: NT$500.
2. Changes to any information: NT$100.
Article 3
The fees stipulated in the preceding article may not be returned after payment, with the exception of overpayment or erroneous payment, which may be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations in the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 4
These standards shall take effect on the date of promulgation.
