Title: Sanitation Standard for the Tolerance of Mycotoxins in Foods CH

Article 1
This standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.
Article 2
The tolerance of aflatoxin in foods shall meet the following standards:

Article 3
The tolerance of ochratoxin A in foods shall meet the following standards:

Article 5

Article 6
The tolerance of mycotoxin in infant foods shall be compatible with the "Sanitation Standard for Infant Foods".
Article 7
This Standard shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
