CHAPTER VI: SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
Article 55
Captive-raised or bred wildlife governed by this act shall be determined and announced by the NPA.
Article 56
Enforcement rules shall be set by the NPA.
Article 57
This act takes effect upon promulgation.
The amendment of May 30, 2006 takes effect on July 1, 2006.
