Section 2.Fees
Article 438
Upon approving the various application filed by any person in accordance with this Act for pre-registration enquiry, registration, examination, transcription or making copy of company name and scope of business, or requesting for certification of the company information registered, the competent authorities shall charge the applicant an examination fee; regulations governing the items of fees, the amounts of fees and other matters shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
