Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
Article 27
The prospectus shall be transmitted as an electronic file, in the format prescribed by the FSC, to the information reporting website designated by the FSC, and made available in printed form at the locations listed below for reference by beneficiaries.
1.The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation.
2.The Taipei Exchange.
3.The Securities and Futures Institute.
4.The Taiwan Securities Association.
5.The head offices of the lead securities underwriter and co-underwriters of the current offering and issuance.
Article 28
These Regulations shall be implemented from the date of issuance
