Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions
Article 79
Commercial cases that are already pending before the enactment of this Act shall be tried according to the procedures stipulated before the enactment of this Act.
Article 80
The enforcement rules and trial regulations relating to this Act shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.
Article 81
The enactment date of this Act shall be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.
