Article 1
These regulations are enacted in accordance with Paragraph 4, Article 31 of the Cable Radio and Television Act.
Article 2
A segment of advertisements may be inserted twice in programs that last up to 30 minutes, three times in programs that last up to 45 minutes, and four times in programs that last up to 60 minutes. For the broadcasting of live events, advertisements may be inserted at appropriate times.
Article 3
These regulations shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
