Chapter 5. SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
Article 27
The Enforcement Rules of this Act shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.
Article 28
This Act takes effect on the date of its promulgation. The provisions amended on May 29, 2018,including Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 17 and Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 24 concerning violations of the provisions of Paragraph 4 of Article 7, take effect one year after the promulgation.
