Title: Temporary Act on President’s, Vice President’s and Special Rank Officials’ Monthly Salary and Pay for Duty-related Expenses CH

Article 1
The President’s Monthly Salary and payment of Duty-related Expenses are set at Six Thousand Yuans each; the Vice President’s Monthly Salary is set at Six Thousand Yuans, and its payment of Duty-related Expenses is set at Three Thousand Yuans.
Article 2
The Monthly Salaries of Special Appointees, Grand Justices and Members of Examination Yuan are set at Eight Hundred Yuans.
Article 3
The Payments of Duty-related Expenses of the Premier , the President of the Judicial Yuan and the President of the Examination Yuan, are set at Two Thousand Yuans, while the Payments of Duty-related Expenses of the Vice Premier.The Vice President of the Judicial Yuan and the Vice President of the Examination Yuan, are set at Eight Hundred Yuans.The Monthly Salary and the Payments of Duty-related Expenses of the Special Appointees, as governed by the organization law, are based on the Special Rank Officials Regulations.
Article 4
The Monthly Salary and the Payments of Duty-related Expenses set forth in this Act are converted into cash and based on the existing Public Servants’ methods of Compensation computation and payment standard.
Article 5
This Act takes effect on the Date of Promulgation.
